Back in March, in a creepy executive order, entitled “National Defense Resources Preparedness,” Obama authorized the President and cabinet officials to take over crucial aspects of the national economy—not only during emergencies but also in peacetime.
Then, just 10 days ago, on July 6, Obama issued another executive order, entitled, “Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions.”
Yet when you look at the magazine's front page, it's all 'evil Republicans.' He knows Barack is corrupt and not to be trusted but he's too much of a punk ass to write that and feature it. He's a s**ty old man who has nothing to offer because he's a two-bit whore.
CPB Brian Montopoli (CBS News) reports on the latest poll by CBS and that paper which finds that the presidential race is a dead heat between Romney and Barack right now. But it's too early for it to mean anything. Montopoli writes, "One in five registered voters with a candidate choice said they still might change their mind. The percentage of those willing to switch was essentially the same for both candidates."
But a more interesting article by Montopoli is the one about what people think of Barack's policies:
Nearly two out of three registered voters believes that President Obama's policies contributed to some degree to the economic downturn, according to a new CBS News/New York Times poll.
Thirty-four percent say Mr. Obama's policies contributed significantly to the downturn, and another 30 percent say they contributed to some degree. Thirty-five percent say the president's policies contributed little or not at all to the downturn.
While a majority of voters say Mr. Obama has at least some ownership of the recession, far more blame his predecessor, President George W. Bush. The downturn began before Mr. Obama took office.
That's the truth Barack can't stand but that's what happens when you've been in office over 3 years and not improved the economy. He owns it. It's on him.
And he's pushing war on Syria. This is from Larry Johnson (No Quarter):
The war drums are really blasting in Washington and wishful thinking has replaced reason and logic. The Obama Administration, with the full-throated cheerleading of neo-cons like Charles Krauthammer, are celebrating the terrorist attack on the Government of Bashir Assad and hoping that Assad folds his tents. Some breathless analysts on Fox News are even predicting that Assad will be gone in 36 hours. Delusional horseshit.
The Defense Minister who was murdered in this attack was a Christian. The group claiming credit for the attack has direct links to the same folks that fill the ranks of Al Qaeda in Iraq. So who are we backing? Why, the al Qaeda guys, of course.
He needs a Syrian War, he needs a war, he needs something that'll let him priss around pretending to be a man. Little Candy Ass Barack. November, please, Jesus, November, let the US elect someone else. Anyone else.
Here's C.I.'s "Iraq snapshot:"
