I'm tired tonight, how about you?
Let me talk Fringe (and remember that I'm a week behind). The big take away was that Olivia knows Peter loved another Olivia. She tells him that she sees him looking at her when he doesn't know she does and she can tell. And then she says she hopes he finds his alternative Olivia.
Are you telling me that there's a chance that Peter is in a third universe? Not the one we watched from day one on the show and not the alternative one that the show has visited in the past?
If this is true and we're in a third reality, that's going to be such a cheat. It won't be funny at all.
Along with Dallas, the following worked on the latest edition of Third:
The Third Estate Sunday Review's Jim, Dona, Ty, Jess and Ava,
Rebecca of Sex and Politics and Screeds and Attitude,
Betty of Thomas Friedman Is a Great Man,
C.I. of The Common Ills and The Third Estate Sunday Review,
Kat of Kat's Korner (of The Common Ills),
Cedric of Cedric's Big Mix,
Mike of Mikey Likes It!,
Elaine of Like Maria Said Paz),
Ruth of Ruth's Report,
Wally of The Daily Jot,
Trina of Trina's Kitchen,
Marcia of SICKOFITRDLZ,
Stan of Oh Boy It Never Ends,
Isaiah of The World Today Just Nuts,
and Ann of Ann's Mega Dub.
And this is what we came up with:
Samantha Bee from The Daily Show.
Leon Panetta offering testimony to the Senate Armed Services Committee.
Jim breaks down the edition.
This was a strong editorial. Jim was really worried that we wouldn't have that due to a number of pieces that C.I. had already written at The Common Ills. Jim was afraid that it had all gone there and we'd be at a loss as a result.
Ava and C.I. with another solid home run. They seem unbeatable, don't they? I really love this article.
Dona and Jim talk to Ava, C.I., Kat and Wally about the Senate Committee hearing on Iraq and what got covered.
Chris Hedges book is the latest pick for the 10 best books of the last 10 years.
And we'd probably pick him as person of the year. He's the only OWS that really knows how to stand up.
We analyze the ad photo that had the White House in a tizzy.
An excerpt of the testimony Dempsey gave about the enduring bases.
Patty Murray calls for an end to the backlog at the VA.
And we wrote this looking back on the week's best.
And that's it. Now here's C.I.'s "Iraq snapshot:"
